OUR PROCESS

Five stages. One company. No handoffs.

From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, every stage is performed by Goldeneye employees under our own license.

1

WEEK 1

Consultation & site visit

We walk the property, measure, check exposure and drainage, and talk honestly about what the space can carry and what it should cost.

YOU RECEIVE

Final inspection, controls training, warranty.

2

WEEK 1-2

Design & 3D rendering

Our designers model the structure on your home and render it in your finish. You see it, adjust it, and approve it before anything is ordered.

YOU RECEIVE

Photoreal renderings and a finish selection.

3

WEEK 2-5

Engineering & permitting

Stamped structural calculations and plan submittal, handled in house and tracked through your city's plan check.

YOU RECEIVE

Approved permit set and engineering.

4

WEEK 5-8

Fabrication

Extrusions cut, machined and powder coated to your drawing. Nothing is field-improvised.

YOU RECEIVE

A fabrication schedule and install date.

5

INSTALL WEEK

Installation & walkthrough

Our crew sets footings, frame and louvers, commissions the drive and sensors, and hands you the controls after a full walkthrough.

YOU RECEIVE

Final inspection, controls training, warranty.

ABOUT OUR CONTRACTOR

Julio Salgado

Over 25 years of hands-on construction, much of it on Southern California's most recognized projects—federal, state, and county job sites where the tolerances are not negotiable.

That field discipline is what Goldeneye is built on: measured work, honest sequencing, and a crew that answers to the person who signed your contract.
